While the Cop’s Away, the Crooks Will Play

I think many of you may be bored even irritated by my repetitive diatribes about the electorate blindfolding — and castrating “fox guarding the chicken house” politics” — which defines America’s 50 state attorney/judge “discipline” bureaucracies from which ALL judges and most politicians evolve — and Wall Street Politics from which Bernie Madoff, his ilk and the Meltdown evolved..

“When the cop’s away the crooks will play — and escape with the take”. And since deregulation castrated the cop, the “crooks are still playing and skating with the take — in the form of billions of dollars in corporate executive bonuses, perks and earmarks provided by the small business and working class taxpayer funded “stimulus package”.

As usual the PAC money politicians of both parties and their puppet judiciary REFUSE to act as advocates and in the best interests for non ruling class majority electorate Americans. They refuse to go after and appropriate the in-country assets, estates and possessions of these elite predators to help compensate their victims and fund the stimulus package. Instead they are continuing to fork over billions of dollars of earmark stimulus money to the rats In America’s ranks.

And guess who they are going to raise taxes on — sooner than you think — to pay the interest and principal of the stimulus loan. Let’s not let them sucker punch us again and get away with it!

Now why does that not surprise me? And why does it not surprise me that millions of my fellow Americans are fed up and mad as Hell at unchecked, unaccountable greed and America’s hip-pocket political and judicial lap dog lackey-ism?

The PAC money politicians and the money and politics corrupted lackey judiciary looked the other way while the Bernie Madoffs and their ilk were doing this to us — and making off with hundreds of billions of dollars our money and our futures. And yet the villains are still staying out of jail!

It goes without saying that many, perhaps most, of those Wall Street Meltdown Whiz Kids have conspired with their high-roller attorneys to hide billions, perhaps trillions of dollars in secret Swiss Bank accounts as well as other offshore banks. Of course the offshore banks aren’t talking so that plunder is beyond the reach of the victims and American law. However the lavish. estates, assets and holdings of the villains with in the boundaries of the United States and its Territories are within reach of American Law. It’s time for the law to do its job of protecting the innocent and punishing the guilty! To do any less is to guarantee more contempt for and mistrust of the law and those who administer it.

While I am neither Democrat nor Republican, the facts and the disastrous Meltdown fallout speak for themselves. The facts do indict — and convict — the Republican Party for its consistent, propaganda-driven, pre-Meltdown “no strings attached, let the market place dictate the rules” dogma. To any reasonably intelligent, independent minded, thinking American, that “no strings attached” dogma reeked of loan shark and Mafia mentality politics at the time the Republicans were parroting and promoting their no strings attached deregulation.

But there is another as yet “unindicted Golden Boy villain” and he is not a Republican but the Iconic Idol of the Democrat Party. Former President William Jefferson Clinton also played a key role in pre Meltdown deregulation . See just one example in the following information.

1. In 1999, Congress repealed the Glass-Steagall Act, which had (previously) prohibited the merger of commercial banking and investment banking. (During Clinton’s reign)
2. Regulatory rules permitted off-balance sheet accounting — tricks that enabled banks to hide their liabilities.
3. The Clinton administration blocked the Commodity Futures Trading Commission from regulating financial derivatives — which became the basis for massive speculation.

President Obama and the rest of the Washington clique in both parties cite public fear, panic and lack of faith in the future as a major stumbling block to economic recovery. What these “leaders” are AFRAID to say and REFUSE to say is that this fear, panic and lack of faith is driven by a society wide mistrust and contempt for most if not all politicians and for very good cause. They sold us down the river and they are STILL selling us down the river with stimulus package, earmarks, corporate bonus perks and keeping Bernie Madoff and his ilk out of jail.

The fastest, most effective and most honorable way they can win back our respect and trust is the Magic Pill which is so crucial to regaining our trust and funding economic recovery. That Magic Pill is to put their money where their mouth is and prove they are looking out for OUR best interests TOO and not just the interests of the Special Interest earmark parasite, PAC money Johns.

The ONLY MAGIC PILL that the Establishment politicians and their lackey judiciary can make us swallow which will cure our mistrust and and lack of hope for recovery is simple and effective — Go after and seize the domestic assets, estates and holdings of ALL of those who contributed to and participated in the Meltdown and apply the the take toward paying off the stimulus debt. If there is any left over it should be distributed to the small business and the working class electorate as a tax refund.

I don’t know about you, but unless our “leaders” do exactly that, Hell will freeze over before I trust any of them again simply because I will have NO reason to trust them.. “By their deeds ye shall know them” and currently “their deeds” give me NO reason to trust ANY of them, Democrat or Republican.

Incidentally the Swiss Bankers are not willing to cough up the identities of America’s Wall Street Fat Cats, white collar crooks, politicians, judges and mobsters who are hiding money from their victims and the IRS in secret Swiss accounts.

Is it not time for Americans to boycott Swiss products and ban Americans from traveling to Switzerland?.

Even better. In view of the fact that these Wall Street Fat Cats — who also did irreparable harm to hundreds of millions of foreign victims around the world — perhaps they too would like to join us in exerting some full disclosure pressure on the Swiss Government and Swiss Banks by refusing to buy Swiss products and refusing to visit the country. With enough around the world numbers shutting off the flow of tourist and consumer dollars to Switzerland, I suspect that the Swiss Government would soon enact some Sunshine laws in their banking system. And now is the time to strike while millions of people around the world are mad as Hell. America led the world into this chasm. It’s up to Americans to lead the way out of it.

At the present the Swiss Bankers and the Swiss Government are thumbing their noses at millions of victims around the world. There is something very wrong about that scenario.
